Some of us have been to numerous workshops, have learned how to meditate, and have been to healers and therapists over the years. Yet we still get caught up in our daily lives and seem unable to find the time or commitment necessary to truly make our spiritual tools and techniques effective. The purpose of this workshop is to not only practice highly effective methods for healing and enlightenment, but to also create a support system for applying these tools in everyday life.
