The Sananda Mystery School is an extensive spiritual development course consisting of six phases, each with approximately 26 lessons. The lessons can be done weekly, bi-weekly, or at your own pace, although there are periodically live study groups where students generally complete one lesson per week. Most of the material in the SMS will be familiar to serious students of meditation and spirituality.
